PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of suppressing temperature rise in a greenhouse due to solar radiation and a protected horticulture greenhouse having the control device.SOLUTION: A control device determines whether or not, a solar radiation amount in a greenhouse is larger than a light saturation point of a crop (step 20), and when it is determined that the solar radiation amount is larger than the light saturation point, determines whether or not, temperature in the greenhouse is higher than a lower limit value T2 of a temperature range in which a harmful effect is not applied to the crop (step 30).
