PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleanser composition which mainly comprises a fatty acid soap, is rapidly dissolved at the time of use and does not remain insoluble, causes quick foaming and is excellent in storage stability and sensory characteristics (sense of use).SOLUTION: There is provided a skin cleanser composition obtained by freeze-drying a composition containing an anionic surfactant which substantially contains no water content.
