The present invention provides a polymer structure for tissue regeneration, comprising a polyurethane and a Rho-associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase. The polymer structure for tissue regeneration of present invention employs no any crosslinking agent, photo initiator, or organic solvent in manufacturing process, and having excellent elasticity and mechanical properties, in particular, it is easy to incorporate growth factor and/or aqueous drug.本發明提供一種可促進組織再生的高分子結構,包含一聚胺酯以及一捲曲螺旋Rho相關蛋白抑制劑。本發明之促進組織再生的高分子結構製作過程中不需使用交聯劑、光起始劑或有機溶劑,即可製成彈性及機械性質優良的高分子支架,並可容易地含入生長因子及水性藥物。
