PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of deterioration of a concrete electric pole, i.e., urination-caused deterioration that is steadily in progress although it is hardly noticed because of a slow speed of influence, while a roadside electric pole is constantly exposed to urination from marking instinct by male dogs, with the urination seeping into the concrete, rusting iron reinforcements therein through many years, and causing deterioration in strength of the concrete electric pole.SOLUTION: A protective wrap comprising a shield plate and a gutter is fixedly wrapped around an electric pole. Where a small amount of urination is repeated by a large number of male dogs, the shield plate first prevents it from infiltrating into the electric pole by receiving the urine into the gutter, with the urine dried and condensed to remain in the gutter, diluted during the rain, released to the ground, spread and guided to the drains, thereby preventing the urination damage of the electric pole.【課題】道路に面して建つ電柱は、雄犬のマーキング本能による放尿に常にさらされている。放尿された尿はコンクリートにしみ込み、長年を経て鉄筋材を錆びさせ、コンクリート電柱の強度劣化を引き起こす。この放尿によるコンクリート電柱への影響を防ぐことは、その影響速度が遅いために気付きにくいが、しかし着実に進行している劣化であり、これを解決することを課題とした。【解決手段】遮蔽板と樋とから成る防護包装を電柱に巻きつけて固定することを行う。少量の放尿が多数の雄犬により繰り返されるのに対し、遮蔽板がまず電柱への浸透を防ぎ、放尿された尿をまず樋に受ける。この尿は乾燥濃縮されて樋の中に留まり、降雨時に希釈されて地面に放出されて広がり下水道に誘導されることで、電柱の放尿被害を防ぐ。【選択図】図１
