A seating plate, an upper container body wherein an upper urine collecting vinyl body is received, an upper seating plate, and a cover are coupled to a body wherein a lower urine collecting vinyl body is received. An outlet of the upper urine collecting vinyl body and an inlet of the lower urine collecting vinyl body are coupled to each other and then installed in a coupling hole. The movable urinal is capable of sending urine received in the upper urine collecting vinyl body to the lower urine collecting vinyl body by opening the coupling hole by moving an opening and closing plate operated by a driving means, closing the coupling hole with the opening and closing plate, and then spraying an air freshening agent or an odor removing agent received in a space groove of the upper seating plate into the upper urine collecting vinyl body with a spray unit installed in the upper seating plate, thereby purifying and removing odor of urine from the upper urine collecting vinyl body. Accordingly, the movable urinal enables patients with reduced mobility, the disabled, the aged, and the like to urinate in a hospital and a driver (general driver, taxi driver) or passengers in the same vehicle with the driver to urinate in case of taking a long drive, thereby easily collecting urine by enabling the users to urinate regardless of location.
