The main body is pivotally connected with a rotating wheel. The rotating wheel is connected with a pull member. The rotating wheel is rotatable relative to the main body by pulling the pull member. An end surface of the rotating wheel has a traction portion located away from a pivot axis of the rotating wheel. The blade has a drive arm extending outwardly. One end of a pull rod is pivotally connected to the traction portion. Another end of the pull rod is pivotally connected to the drive arm. By pulling the pull member, the rotating wheel is driven to rotate, and the pull rod is pulled to drive the blade to swing for performing cutting.
