The present invention relates to a cerclage rope which is integrated with an arched coronary artery protection tool to be used in mitral valve cerclage surgery. More specifically, the cerclage rope is integrated with the arched coronary artery protection tool in order to protect coronary arteries during a mitral valve cerclage surgery operation. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cerclage rope includes: a cerclage rope unit (10) which has a metal wire inserted therein and has the outer surface coated with a biocompatible synthetic resin material； the arched coronary artery protection tool (30) which has the cerclage rope unit inserted therein and protects coronary sinus； and a coating unit (40) which surrounds a part of the cerclage rope and the arched coronary artery protection tool from the outer surface to integrate arched coronary artery protection tool and the cerclage rope unit.본 발명은 아치형 관상동맥 보호구가 일체화된 승모판막 서클라지 시술용 서클라지 로프에 있어서, 보다 상세하게는 승모판막 서클라지 시술에서 관상동맥을 보호하기 위한 관상정맥동 보호구인 아치형 관상동맥 보호구가 일체로 결합된 승모판막 서클라지 시술용 서클라지 로프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른, 아치형 관상동맥 보호구가 일체로 결합된 승모판막 서클라지 시술용 서클라지 로프는 내부에 금속제 재질의 와이어가 삽입되고, 상기 로프의 외면이 생체적합한 합성수지 재질로 코팅된 서클라지 로프(10)； 상기 서클라지 로프가 내부에 삽입되며, 관상정맥동을 보호하는 아치형 관상동맥 보호구(30)； 및 상기 아치형 관상동맥 보호구와 상기 서클라지 로프의 일부분을 외면에서 감싸, 상기 아치형 관상동맥 보호구와 상기 서클라지 로프를 일체화하는 코팅부(40)；를 포함한다.
