The present invention relates to a pigment-coupled mannosyl serum albumin complex and a lymph node-probing composition comprising the same. Thus, the complex and a composition comprising the same can be useful for probing lymph nodes.La présente invention concerne un complexe mannosyl-sérumalbumine couplé au pigment et une composition d'exploration de ganglion lymphatique le comprenant. Plus particulièrement, lors de l'administration à des souris, un complexe mannosyl-sérumalbumine couplé au pigment peut être observé avec l'œil nu pour exister dans un état de condensation pendant une longue période dans le ganglion lymphatique inguinal. Ainsi, le complexe et une composition le comprenant peuvent être utiles pour explorer les ganglions lymphatiques.본 발명은 색소가 결합된 만노실 혈청 알부민 복합체 및 이를 포함하는 림프절 탐지용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 색소가 결합된 만노실 혈청 알부민 복합체가 마우스에 투여되면 대퇴부 림프절에 응집된 상태로 오랜시간 동안 유지되는 것을 육안으로 확인할 수 있으므로, 상기 복합체 및 이를 포함하는 조성물은 림프절의 탐지에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
