PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reset instrument for a fracture part at the distal end of a radius, which can keep incision of a muscle of the like to the minimum, is excellent in dynamic stability to fix the fracture part, and can recover the muscle or the like rapidly after the fracture part is restored.
SOLUTION: A palm-side plate 100, which is disposed on the quadrate pronator muscle in the palmar-side of the distal end of the radius to fix the fracture part from the palm-side, includes: a plurality of distal screw holes 101a-101c which are disposed on the distal end of the palm-side plate 100 in order to lock plate-locking screws inserted into the bone a plurality of proximal screw holes 101d, 101e which are disposed on the proximal side of the palmar side plate 100 with a distance apart from each other in the axial direction of the radius in order to lock the plate-locking screws inserted into the bone and steel wire holes 104a-104f which are disposed near the distal screw holes 101a-101c and near the proximal screw holes 101d, 101e to pass a temporary-fixing wire through for temporarily fixing the fracture part to the palm-side plate 100.
