The present invention relates to a bone fixation system which reconstructs bones fractured by external injuries. The bone fixation system according to the present invention comprises: a metal plate in which a plurality of screw holes are formed such that the metal plate supports the bones in a state that the metal plate is attached to the bones fractured by the external injuries screws which are coupled to the bones in a state that the screws are inserted into the screw holes a wire which is tied to tissues of surroundings of the bones in a state that the wire is connected onto the screws and washers which tightly fasten the wire in a state that the washers are inserted into the screws.
