The present invention relates to a mask pack provided with microneedles produced using polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a mask pack comprising: needle units consisting of a plurality of microneedles made of PET and protruding in pointy shapes； a first sheet part which causes empty spaces between the needle units to be filled with a bioactive material and is attached to one side of a skincare pack； and a second sheet part which is attached to the other side of the needle units to prevent a loss of the bioactive material filled on the first sheet part, wherein the needle units consist of microneedles. The microneedles produced using PET can be attached to the entire mask pack or a part thereof, and thus, the mask pack provided with the microneedles produced using PET according to the present invention can be more conveniently manufactured, and has an excellent effect of allowing a massage ingredient to be properly delivered to the skin.
