The present invention relates to an apparatus for collecting blue-green algae, capable of collecting blue-green algae from various positions having different water levels, accurately controlling the water level of each of the positions, and easily changing light intensity, water temperature, and position for collection, thereby accurately and easily conducting an experiment on the ecology of blue-green algae. To achieve the purpose, the apparatus comprises: a water tank including a storage space for storing water including blue-green algae, and a plurality of combination holes connecting the storage space to the outside； a lamp installed in the upper part of the water tank to emit light to the inside of the water tank； a cap combined with some of the combination holes of the tank to be separable； and a collecting tube combined with the rest of the combination holes, having a side extended into the water tank and having the other side connected to an external culturing device, and including a water-intake hole installed in a part, which is located in the water tank, to take the water including the blue-green algae.본 발명은 남조류 채집 장치에 관한 것으로, 서로 다른 수심의 여러 위치에서 동일한 시간에 채집이 가능하고, 각 채집 위치의 수심을 정확하게 조절할 수 있으며, 광도, 수온, 채집 위치 등을 용이하게 변경할 수 있도록 하여 남조류의 생태 파악을 위한 실험을 정확하고 용이하게 행할 수 있게 하는 것에 목적이 있다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 남조류 채집 장치는, 내부에 남조류가 포함된 물이 담겨지는 수용 공간이 구비되고, 측벽부에 상기 수용 공간을 외부와 연통시키는 다수의 결합공이 상하 방향을 따라 형성된 수조； 상기 수조의 상부에 설치되어 수조의 내부로 빛을 조사하는 램프； 상기 수조의 결합공 중 일부에 분리 가능하게 결합된 마개； 및 상기 수조의 결합공 중 다른 일부에 분리 가능하게 결합되어 일측은 상기 수조의 내부로 연장되고 타측은 외부의 배양장치에 연결되며, 수조 내부에 위치하는 부분에 남조류가 포함된 물이 유입되는 취수공이 구비된 채집관을 포함하여 구성된다.
