The present invention relates to a device for preventing snoring and sleep apnea. According to the present invention, a sleeping posture is changed, and thus snoring is alleviated. The device according to the present invention comprises: a compression switch interfaced by pressing of a regular level of pressure a vibrator for generating vibration a battery accommodation unit for accommodating a battery a body for accommodating the vibrator, and made of a biocompatible and elastic material and a wearing unit capable of being worn on a back of a human body. Moreover, the device preferably further comprises: a strength adjusting button capable of adjusting the strength of vibration of the vibrator a timer for making the vibrator generate vibration at an appointed time or periodically and a means for outputting a sound when the vibrator is vibrated. The device of the present invention generates vibration by the vibrator operated by pressing of a regular level of pressure by a back of a human body, and periodically generates vibration at an appointed time by the timer. Also, the device is prevented from being separated from a human body due to a movement during a sleep.
