An absorbent article includes a chassis having a substantially rectangularshape a first portion,a second portion and a crotch portion extending between the first and secondportion, a portion of thechassis being configured to absorb fluids. The absorbent article includes afirst securement portionoperatively coupled to the first portion of the chassis. The absorbent articleincludes a secondsecurement portion operatively coupled to the second portion of the chassisand configured toreleasably attach to the first securement portion. The chassis is configuredto include one of a firstchassis length or a second chassis length. When the chassis includes the firstlength, the chassisincludes a first width and the first securement portion includes a secondwidth, and when the chassisincludes the second length, the chassis includes the first width and the firstsecurement portionincludes a third width, greater than the second width.
