According to the method, cellular material of plants is grown on nutrient media with different composition and properties with the help of the culture of meristematic tissues. At that, growing the planting material is carried out in disposable double-block cartridges made with the valves, with an individual type of the nutrient media enabling to regulate the composition of gas-air mixture, including addition of ethylene, to provide continuous monitoring of the condition and accelerate the process of transfer of the resulting planting material into the soil. The cartridges can be connected to each other in the required quantity in the form of a tape.EFFECT: method provides the increase of planting material yield and stable preservation of varietal characteristics while reducing material and time costs.2 clИзобретение относится к области сельского хозяйства, в частности к биотехнологии. В способе выращивают клеточный материал растений на питательных средах с различным составом и свойствами с помощью культуры меристемных тканей. При этом выращивание посадочного материала осуществляется в одноразовых двухблочных кассетах, выполненных с клапанами, с индивидуальным видом питательной среды, позволяющих регулировать состав газоводушной смеси, в том числе и с добавлением этилена, обеспечивать постоянный контроль состояния и ускорять процесс переноса полученного растительного материала в грунт. Кассеты могут соединяться друг с другом в нужном количестве в виде ленты.
