The present invention relates to a method for producing dried radish green-wrapped beef brisket, and dried radish green-wrapped beef brisket produced by the method. To this end, the method for producing the dried radish green-wrapped beef brisket comprises following steps: (a) boiling a mixture consisting of water, soy sauce, pear, onion, garlic, sugar, starch syrup, black pepper, soju, cooking wine, seasonings, and sesame oil and then filtering the same so as to produce a broth; (b) boiling water-soaked dried radish greens in an iron pot, rinsing the same with water after taking out, and seasoning the same with garlic and sesame oil so as to prepare seasoned dried radish greens; and (c) putting the seasoned dried radish greens prepared in the step (b) in the broth produced in the step (a), boiling the same, and then wrapping grilled beef brisket with the boiled dried radish greens.본 발명은 (a) 물에 간장, 배, 양파, 마늘, 설탕, 물엿, 후추, 소주, 맛술, 조미료 및 참기름을 혼합한 혼합물을 끓인 후 여과하여 육수를 제조하는 단계; (b) 건시래기를 물에 불린 후 가마솥에 삶고 꺼내어 물에 헹군 후 마늘 및 참기름으로 양념하여 양념 시래기를 준비하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 (a)단계의 제조한 육수에 상기 (b)단계의 준비한 양념 시래기를 넣고 끓이고, 구운 차돌박이에 상기 끓인 시래기를 싸는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시래기 차돌박이 쌈의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 시래기 차돌박이 쌈에 관한 것이다.
