PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alleviating or preventive agent for asthenopia or body fatigue which can improve eye fatigue, stiff shoulder, backache, focus adjustment action of eye.SOLUTION: The present invention is an alleviating or preventive agent containing tea leaf extract for asthenopia or body fatigue, and the content of delphinidin-based anthocyanin contained in the tea leaf extract is 55 mass % or more with respect to the total content of anthocyanin contained in tea leaf extract. It is preferable that the delphinidin-based anthocyanin contains delphinidin-based anthocyanin being galactoside.
