Provided are a welding system and a welding helmet, wherein the welding helmet can provide images indicating information from corresponding welding operations, and the images are displayed on a heads-up display. The helmet of the present invention displays information on a focal point consistent with the working distance of a welding operation, and a user does not have to change the focus of the display during the welding operation.
