Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Zusammensetzung enthaltend einen Wirkstoff, der in Wasser bei 20 °C zu höchstens 10 g/L löslich ist, und einen hyperzverzweigten Polyester basierend auf einer hydrophoben Dicarbonsure und einem trifunktionellen Alkohol. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner den genannten hyperverzweigten Polyester, ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung und seine Verwendung zur Solubilisierung eines Wirkstoffs, der in Wasser bei 20 °C zu höchstens 10 g/L löslich ist, in wässrigen Lösungen.The invention relates to a composition containing an active substance which is soluble in water up to 10 g/L at 20 °C and a hyperbranched polyester based on a hydrophobic dicarboxylic acid and a trifunctional alcohol.
