PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam sterilizer system that can continue operation even if a predetermined boiler stops at night or etc., and during that time, that is compact in constitution and when switching to an electric heater that reduces the time till steam generation.SOLUTION: A steam sterilizer system includes a sterilizer tank 2 in which an object to be sterilized is received, a steam jacket 3 provided on the outer wall of the sterilizer tank 2, and an electric boiler 20 capable of generating steam to the sterilizer tank 2 and steam jacket 3. To the steam jacket 3 a steam from the electric boiler 20 is supplied and into the sterilizer tank 2 a steam from the electric boiler 20 and a steam from an external boiler can be switched and supplied. In order to promote a prompt warm-up operation, it is preferable to supply steam from the external boiler into the sterilizer tank 2 on one hand, and supply steam from the electric boiler 20 to the steam jacket 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】夜間などに所定のボイラが停止しても、運転を継続できる蒸気滅菌装置を提供する。その際、コンパクトな構成で、電気ヒータへの切替時に、起蒸までの時間を短縮する。【解決手段】被滅菌物が収容される滅菌槽2と、この滅菌槽2の外壁に設けられる蒸気ジャケット3と、滅菌槽2および蒸気ジャケット3への蒸気を生成可能な電気ボイラ20とを備える。蒸気ジャケット3には、電気ボイラ20からの蒸気が供給され、滅菌槽2内には、電気ボイラ20からの蒸気と外部ボイラからの蒸気とを切り替えて供給可能とされる。暖機運転を迅速に図るため、滅菌槽2内には外部ボイラからの蒸気を供給する一方、蒸気ジャケット3には電気ボイラ20からの蒸気を供給するのがよい。【選択図】図1
