The present invention discloses a use of partially coating a component to inhibit the proliferation of the mammary cell induced by estrogen, which is coating the component on the skin surface of the breast tissue to inhibit the proliferation of the mammary cell. Wherein the component comprises at least one of tamoxifen, green tea extracts, isothiocyanate, β-carotene, or the compositions of green tea extracts, isothiocyanate, and β-carotene.本發明揭露一種局部地塗佈組成物以抑制雌性激素所導致之乳腺細胞增生之用途,其係將該組成物塗佈於乳房組織之皮膚表面上,以抑制乳腺細胞增生。其中組成物包含抗雌激素(tamoxifen)、綠茶萃取物、異硫氰酸鹽(isothiocyanate)、β-胡蘿蔔素(β-carotene)、或綠茶萃取物、異硫氰酸鹽與β-胡蘿蔔素組合物之其中之一。
