The present invention provides a biofeedback-type lower limb rehabilitation treatment device and system. The lower limb rehabilitation treatment device includes a weight measurement module, a microprocessor module, an alarm module, and a display module. The microprocessor module includes a statistical unit capable of calculating a total weight from the weight measurement module, a comparison unit capable of outputting an alarm signal when the total weight is larger than a dangerous upper limit or smaller than an ineffective lower limit, and an analysis unit capable of outputting a ratio data of effective weight. The alarm module can be driven by the alarm signal for outputting an alarm message in real time. The display module can display the total weight in real time. By using the microprocessor module, the invented design is capable of feeding back and outputting in real time the total weight of each step and the total rehabilitation impact of each treatment during a rehabilitation treatment.
