PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dementia diagnosis support apparatus capable of quickly discriminating the possibility of being affected with dementia by type of dementia, an operation method and an operation program thereof, and a dementia diagnosis support system.SOLUTION: A dementia diagnosis support server 12 provides a simple diagnosis test for dementia. A first question group corresponding to Alzheimer type dementia consists of four questions including Question Q1-1 asking about remote storage. A second question group corresponding to Lewy body type dementia consists of four questions including Question Q2-1 asking whether or not there is a fantastic view. A third question group corresponding to vascular dementia consists of three questions including Question Q3-1 asking about right-left orientation. A fourth question group corresponding to frontotemporal type dementia includes Question Q4-1 on Kana extraction.
