The present invention provides a double roller type fishing gear for fishing operation, in which an insertion side ball roller and an output side ball roller are respectively shaft-installed on both lower sides of a pulling roller rotated by a hydraulic motor so that a towing rope inserted through the insertion side ball roller is wound around the pulling roller and then the wound rope is outputted through the output side ball roller, wherein the pulling roller is a double type pulling roller, the insertion side ball roller and the output side ball roller are respectively shaft-installed on an insertion side and an output side of a lower side of the double type pulling roller, and a direction change ball roller is distorted with a predetermined angle and shaft-installed on a central position between the insertion side ball roller and the output side ball roller, so that the pulling rope inserted through the insertion side ball roller is wound around the pulling roller disposed at one side, changed in direction by the direction change ball roller, wound around the pulling roller disposed at the other side, and then outputted through the output side ball roller. According to the present invention, a phenomenon in which the rope is slipped or separated from the pulling roller when a heavy fishing gear is pulled can be prevented, the towing rope can be easily towed by maximally utilizing power of the hydraulic motor because the towing rope is doubly towed by the same power of the hydraulic motor, the double type pulling roller can be easily molded and assembled because a central pulling roller disposed on a central position and outer pulling rollers disposed on both sides of the central pulling roller are separately provided and can be used in both directions regardless of forward and reverse directions of the hydraulic motor, and the towing rope can be easily changed in direction because the direction change ball roller disposed in a direction crossing the double type
