The wound suturing system (2) comprises a device having a first body (4) and a second body (6). Each of the first body (4) and the second body (6) has an adhesive backing (20). The first body (4) is coupled to the second body (6) by an adjustable connector (8). The adjustable connector (8) is allowed to move in a single direction.
