The present invention relates to a sowing machine with a static electricity discharge function, spraying fertilizer or pesticides. The machine comprises: a body (1) having a frame structure； a hopper (2) storing seeds； a sowing plate (3) made of a conductive material to discharge the seeds stored in the hopper (2) to the outside； an informing unit (4) informing a user of static electricity sensed from the sowing plate (3)； an operating unit (5) rotating the sowing plate (3)； a plow (6) forming a sowing groove on the ground while discharging the static electricity from the sowing plate (3) to the ground； and a soil covering unit (7) covering the seeds in the groove with soil. As such, the present invention is capable of preventing poor sowing caused by static electricity generated from a sowing plate； enabling a user to sow seeds more accurately by recognizing the generation of the electricity through a visual-aural method； preventing a jam of the seeds through a vibrating unit (8)； and efficiently spraying fertilizer or pesticides while sowing the seeds by including a fertilizer and pesticide sprayer (9).본 발명은 정전기 방출 기능을 가진 비료 또는 농약 살포 겸용 파종기에 관한 것으로서, 프레임 구조로 된 본체(1)와； 파종용 종자가 수용되는 호퍼(2)와； 전기전도성소재로 되어 호퍼(2) 내부에 수용된 종자를 외부로 배출하는 파종판(3)과； 파종판(3)에서 발생하는 정전기를 감지하여 사용자에게 알려주는 알림수단(4)과； 상기 파종판(3)을 회전시키는 구동수단(5)과； 지면에 파종홈을 형성하면서 상기 파종판(3)에서 방출되는 정전기를 지면으로 방출하는 쟁기(6)와； 파종홈으로 떨어진 종자를 흙으로 덮어주는 복토수단(7)을 포함하여 구성함에 따라 파종판의 정전기 발생에 따른 파종 불량을 방지하고, 정전기 발생을 가시가청을 이용해 사용자에게 인지시켜 정확한 파종 작업을 수행할 수 있게 되며, 진동수단(8)을 더 구비하여 파종 중 종자의 걸림을 방지하고, 비료, 농약 살포부(9)를 더 구비함으로써 파종과 동시에 효율적인 비료 또는 농약 살포 작업을 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
