The present invention relates to a thermokeeping cover curtain-type opening and closing device of a plastic greenhouse, wherein the thermokeeping cover curtain-type opening and closing device is installed in an interlinking plastic greenhouse, a single-acting plastic greenhouse, or a greenhouse, and automatically opens and closes, in a curtain type, a thermokeeping cover capable of keeping a temperature of a plant so as to promote the growth of a plant grown in a plastic greenhouse or a greenhouse. More specifically, a thermokeeping cover is installed in a length direction of a plastic greenhouse to be opened and folded, so the blocking of solar heat can be prevented by the volume of the thermokeeping cover folded during the day when solar heat is applied.
