The present invention relates to a closed recirculation type shellfish conditioning and depuration device. A feed culturing biological filtering tub, equipped with a lighting device and a bubble distributor, is connected with a service water tank. A table type shellfish placement tub is installed closely between the service water tank and a water discharge tub as high as each of the tubs. A distribution channel and a plurality of unit storage tubs are installed in a form in left and right sides and an inner central part of the shellfish placement tub, while a porous shellfish tray is placed in each of the unit storage tubs with a bubble distributor. The unit storage tubs in the left and right sides are connected to the distribution channel through an E-shaped distribution tube, and a drain passage is placed between the unit storage tubs and a water tank wall of the shellfish placement tub, while drain grooves are formed on the upper surfaces of the water discharge tub, the shellfish placement tub, and the unit storage tub, and a collection tub for discharged water is extended from the water discharge tank to the service water tank and the feed culturing biological filtering tub via a purification device. As such, breeding water is distributed in an upward current manner through each of the shellfish trays, the breeding water including solids is automatically discharged in an overflowing manner, and microalgae is cultivated with high density by using the discharged water, and thus, the present invention is capable of conducting a maturing procedure for shellfish through an optimal running water type environment under a sufficient feeding condition, and more conveniently and safely inserting and discharging shellfish and determining their maturity by using each of the shellfish trays.본 발명은 조명기구와 기포분산기가 배치된 먹이배양 겸용 생물여과조를 서비스수조와 연결시키고, 상기 서비스수조와 배출수 저장용 퇴수조의 사이에 테이블식 패류안치조를 각 수조와 동일 높이로 하여 밀착 설치하며, 상기 패류안치조의 내측 중앙부와 그 좌,우측에 하나의 분배채널과 다수 개의 단위수납조를 "‡" 형태로 설치하는 한편, 각각의 단
