PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker increasing a degree of adhesion of a to-be-heated object and an electrode while having an easy structure, and thawing or heating a to-be-heated object while preventing lowering of eating quality.SOLUTION: This cooker includes in a container 2 holding a to-be-heated object 1, a pair of electrodes 4a and 4b which clasp the to-be-heated object 1, and a power source 7 which supplies electricity to the electrodes.
