PURPOSE: A production method of fried food is provided to produce fried food powder by mixing frying powder, weak flour, and parsley, and to improve the flavor of the fried food by using the fried food powder.CONSTITUTION: Frying batter which is obtained by mixing fried food powder and water is prepared. The fried food powder and the frying batter are coated on frying ingredients. The frying ingredients are inserted into a frying unit with oil for the predetermined time. The fried food powder contains 50-60 wt% of frying powder, 40-48 wt% of weak flower, and 0.7-0.9 wt% of parsley.
