PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable wearing article capable of securing fitting in a front waist region, capable of preventing leg elastic bodies from being affected by a waist elastic body in a rear waist region without impairing the outer appearance as seen from the back.SOLUTION: A pair of first elastic regions facing each other separately in the lateral direction and a first non-elastic region located between the firs elastic regions are demarcated in an inner end of a front waist region 14, and a pair of second elastic regions facing each other separately in the lateral direction and a second non-elastic region located between the second elastic regions are demarcated in an inner end of a rear waist region. A crotch panel has a pair of leg elastic bodies intersecting the first and second elastic regions.
