PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculation system capable of calculating biological information of a biological tissue without causing a decrease in a frame rate of a captured image.SOLUTION: The calculation system includes: a single light source device for exiting illumination light; a wavelength selection part for selecting light of at least two specific wavelength bands included in the illumination light; an imaging device receiving the light from the biological tissue as a subject body and outputting a pixel signal according to the received light; and a signal processing part for performing prescribed signal processing for the pixel signal output from the imaging device.
