The present invention relates to a massage apparatus which massages a neck and a back while rotating by delivering a driving force to a pair of massage rods through a rotary shaft installed at both sides of a driving motor and, more specifically, to a massage apparatus with a neck massage part which massages a neck, shoulder, back and waist by controlling the height and intensity of the massage rod according to a user's body condition. The massage apparatus with the neck massage part according to the present invention comprises a back massage part and the neck massage part. The neck massage part installed on a base plate includes a driving motor which drives a pair of massage rods； a first worm gear which is mounted on the rotary shaft installed on both sides of the driving motor； a pair of worm wheel gears which operates the massage rod by being engaged to the first worm gear and receiving the driving power of the driving motor； a guide part which is installed on each end of the base plate in order to control the position of the neck massage part and is equipped with a toothed gear； a location control motor which generates power for moving the base plate； a second worm gear which is mounted on the rotary shaft installed on one side of the location control motor； a reduction gear group which is engaged to the second worm gear and consists of a first reduction gear, a second reduction gear, a third reduction gear, a fourth reduction gear and a location control gear； and a guide gear which is installed on the base plate and is rotated by being in gear with the toothed gear in the vertical movement of the base plate.
