An improved fall-prevention knee joint structure comprises a knee support base, a main body base, and a connection part used for connection and fastening. The knee support base mainly includes a connection member and two connection rods which are utilized to connect an upper portion of the main body base. One side of the connection part corresponding to an extension section of a tying clip of the main body base is configured with a connection part groove provided for placing a pushing-against block. Furthermore, two fixing bolts are penetratingly arranged on a lower portion of the main body base, so that the connection part is allowed to connect the lower portion of the main body base. The main body base is provided with a spindle, and two bearings, two unidirectional bearings, two lining lids and two tying clips are symmetrically configured on the spindle from a center toward two ends thereof. Each of the two tying clips is further provided with an extension section which is utilized to fasten or loosen the spindle in cooperation with the pushing-against block. Moreover, with the unidirectional bearings, the spindle is restricted to be rotated in a single direction, thereby limiting the pivoting angle of the spindle through the connection member and the connection rods.
