PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for improving heat conductivity between the shelf of a freeze-drying device and a syringe or lowering the possibility of falling of the syringe in a freeze-drying process for manufacturing a multi-chamber syringe, and to provide a means for preventing movement of a gasket of the multi-chamber syringe in a method of sterilizing the multi-chamber syringe filled with a drug.SOLUTION: A freeze-drying method in the freeze-drying device of an aqueous liquid drug filled in the syringe is a method by fitting a metallic cylindrical support to the lower part of the syringe erected and arranged in the shelf inside the freeze-drying device.
