PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device and an imaging method capable of easily acquiring a temporal change curve of a pixel value in a region of interest even for a region of interest that moves with a body motion of a subject.SOLUTION: A control unit 60 includes an image processing part 61 for executing various kinds of image processing to a fluorescent image and a visible image.
