PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body part constituting a passive-type respiratory exercise training device achieving an effective respiratory medical therapy for ALS patients for delaying progress of atrophy of the respiratory muscles.SOLUTION: When a bag 1001 to be mounted on a passive-type respiratory exercise training device 1401 is squeezed, an air discharged from the bag passes through a check valve and is supplied to the lungs of a patient via a mask 1101. When squeezing of the bag is stopped, the bag is elastically returned to take in external air from an intake valve, however, owing to the check valve and a safety valve 801, the air accumulated in the lungs of the patient does not leak to the outside, unless a hose 1301 or an exhalation outlet 106 are opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】ALS患者に対し呼吸筋の萎縮の進行を遅らせる、効果的な呼吸医学療法を実現する、非能動型呼吸運動訓練装置を構成する本体部を提供する。【解決手段】非能動型呼吸運動訓練装置1401に装着されるバッグ1001を絞ると、バッグから吐出される空気は逆止弁を通過し、マスク1101を通じて患者の肺へ供給される。バッグの絞りを止めると、バッグは弾性復帰し、インテークバルブから外気を取り込むが、患者の肺に溜まった空気はホース1301または呼気吐出口106を開かない限り、逆止弁と安全弁801によって外部へは漏れない。【選択図】図14
