PURPOSE:To provide a compsn. which gives an anti-fogging agricultural film having greatly improved persistent anti-fogging properties without lowering the quality of the film, by blending an anti-fogging agent and basic magnesium aluminum carbonate with a vinyl chloride resin. CONSTITUTION:1-5pts.wt. anti-fogging agent and 1-10pts.wt. basic magnesium aluminum carbonate are blended with 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin. As the basic magnesium aluminum carbonate, those having an average particle size of 10mu or below, represented by the formula (wherein 0<x<1; m>=0) are preferred. As said anti-fogging agent, esters derived from a 14-22C fatty acid and a polyhydric alcohol such as sorbitan, sorbitol or glycerol, or nonionic surfactants mainly composed of an adduct of an alkylene oxide with the ester are preferred.
