The present invention relates to a nano silica solution for growing diatoms and a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, the nano silica solution for growing diatoms is prepared by including nano silica, distilled water, iron chloride (FeCl_3) (ferric chloride hexahydrate 97%), manganese chloride (MnCl_2) (manganese(II) chloride tetrahydrate 99%), zinc chloride (ZnCl_2) (zinc chloride 96%), cobalt chloride (CoCl_2) (cobalt(II) chloride hexahydrate 99.0%), and copper chloride (CuCl_2) (copper(II) chloride dihydrate 97%). Therefore, the nano silica solution for growing diatoms of the present invention is easily used in a liquid state since the nano silica solution is obtained by uniformly dispersing nanoparticles in water. Further, the nano silica solution for growing diatoms has a rapid effect since the nanoparticles are not agglomerated even in a neutral pH state, and the diatoms can be immediately used.본 발명은 규조류 생장용 나노 실리카 용액 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 규조류 생장용 나노 실리카 용액은 나노 실리카(Nano Silica), 증류수, 염화철(FeCl3)(Ferric chloride hexahydrate 97%), 염화망간(MnCl2)(Manganese(II) Chloride Tetrahydrate 99%), 염화아연(ZnCl2)(Zinc chloride 96%), 염화코발트(CoCl2)(Cobalt(II) Chloride Hexahydrate 99.0%) 및 염화구리(CuCl2)(Copper(II) Chloride Dihydrate 97%)를 포함하여 제조된다.상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 나노 입자로 물에 균일하게 분산되어 액체 상태로 사용이 용이하고 pH가 중성인 상태에서도 뭉치지 않으며 규조류가 즉각적으로 사용할 수 있어 효과가 빠르다.
