The invention relates to a self-emulsifiable lipid composition in the presence of a hydrophilic phase, comprising between 0.001% and 20% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition of at least one active substance； between 5% and 60% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition of an oily phase； a first surfactant； a second surfactant； wherein the ratio of the first surfactant to the second surfactant is from 0.5 to 6； said lipid composition is such that after dispersion in the hydrophilic phase, it forms particles having, in absolute value, a charge of between 10 mV and 100 mV.
