The present invention provides an FLT3 kinase inhibitor and crystal forms of a salt thereof and a preparation method therefor, and specifically, relates to crystal forms A, B, C, D and E of (R)-1-(3-(4-amino-(4-phenoxyphenyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3, 4-d]pyrimidine-1-yl)piperidin-1-yl)-2-(dimethylamino)ethanone or mono-halate or di-halate thereof and a preparation method therefor.
