PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable improvement in training effect by achieving quantitative evaluation of a result of training for improving palsy of a finger or forearm by using a hemiplegia motor function recovery training device realizing a facilitation repetition method.SOLUTION: There is provided an evaluation method with a training effect evaluation calculation device 30 using a hemiplegia motor function recovery training device 10 which includes a training mechanism performing training for inducing stretch reflex by stimulating a muscle of portion with hemiplegia and prompts motor function recovery of the portion with hemiplegia by repeating the training predetermined number of times. The training effect evaluation calculation device 30 performs product-sum operation of speed and sampling time of self-acting motion (including motion with stretch reflex and subsequent voluntary motion) with stretch reflex of the portion with hemiplegia obtained from detection motion information of the training mechanism to prompt quantitative evaluation with numerical values.
