PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device capable of making children and the like develop eye function by gathering sight experiences, and to provide a method for training binocular movement.SOLUTION: The illumination device applies illumination light, and includes an eye mark presenting part 1 presenting an eye mark on a reflection surface in an optional space, and an eye mark control part 12 controlling the eye mark presenting part 1 to present the eye mark.
