The present invention relates to a functional electric pest control device which has a pest control portion disposed on a handle portion to be able to rotate, has a robust structure and can be readily operated to ensure usage and durability, and can clearly control a pest such as a mosquito and a fly attached to a wall surface of a floor surface in an easy way to enhance functionality.
