PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device capable of reducing leftover of feed of livestock such as cows, and preventing waste of feed.SOLUTION: The feeding device includes: a fence 1 with an upper opening 2, a lower opening 3 and a plurality of side openings 4-7 formed by connecting a plurality of lateral bar materials and longitudinal bar materials b1-b20 and plate materials 10-13 covering the lower part of the side openings of the fence 1. The upper and lower openings 2 and 3 have prescribed opening areas, and the side openings 4-7 have prescribed intervals D in the horizontal direction by the longitudinal bar members. The plate members are parallel to the side surface of the fence 1, and are supported by cords 15 (support means) in such a way as relatively movable in the direction perpendicular to the fence.
