The present invention relates to a garlic peeling machine for trimming a whole head of garlic produced from a garlic bulbil, comprising a housing a trimming part having a rotary shaft mounted inside the housing to rotate, a trimming rod with a predetermined length, fixed at the outer side of the rotary shaft, and a cylindrical rotation body mounted to be rotated with the rotary shaft and a driving part mounted to rotate the rotary shaft.
