A pharmaceutical packaging apparatus according to the present invention includes a stationary frame, first and second packaging modules, and a dispensing unit. The fixed frame houses the medicine cartridges accommodating the medicines in the upper space. The first packaging module is disposed in a lower space of the fixed frame, and receives and packs the medicine discharged from the medicine cartridges. The second packaging module is disposed in parallel with the first packaging module in a lower space of the fixed frame, and receives and packs the medicine discharged from the medicine cartridges.
