PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine preparation system for more surely reducing the foaming of liquid medicines.SOLUTION: This liquid medicine preparation system for preparing a liquid medicine by discharging a plurality of liquid medicines into a prescription container 24 is provided with a plurality of dispensing units 14-1, 14-2... 14-N for discharging liquid medicines necessary for prescription into the container one after another, a memory part 40 for memorizing a liquid medicine information table indicating how easily each medicine foams and a controller 46 for controlling the drive of the units 14, etc. In dispensing a plurality of liquid medicines prescribed and specified by entered prescription data, the part 46 determines the order of the medicines to be dispensed in accordance with the easiness of foaming of each medicine memorized in the part 40, i.e. the easier a medicine foams, the latter it is discharged.
