PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal particle dispersion excellent in dispersibility and dispersion stability, and in which sedimentation of metal particles are suppressed.SOLUTION: The metal particle dispersion contains metal particles, a dispersant and a solvent. The dispersant contains a block part having a constitutional unit represented by the general formula (I) and a block part having a constitutional unit represented by the general formula (II), and the dispersant is a block copolymer in which at least a part of nitrogen site contained in the constitutional unit represented by the general formula (I), an allyl halide compound and at least one kind of an acid organic phosphorous compounds represented by the general formula (III) form a salt.
