The present invention relates to a cheese and a manufacturing method thereof. The cheese is manufactured by mixing curd with an additive made by mixing insect powder, honey, dead Lactobacillus, and fermented plant powder at a weight ratio of 10-20 : 1-3 : 1-3 : 2-5, and 3-20 wt% of the additive is contained in the entire weight of the cheese.
